Despite the title you won't find any paid postings here (unless I get desperate!), this is ABOUT paid posting rather than a paid-posting platform. I post for cash here:
http://www.munny4hunny.com using the blogger platform, OK it would be cooler to be on WordPress, but I started with blogger and have stuck with it...
I also run a service turning cassettes into CDs for clients in the UK:
http://www.convertmycassettes.co.uk
I have been known to share information and advice about making money online, online security and free software here:
http://www.livewyre.net
...and...there is a WP version of Livewyre.NET in the pipeline. I like to make passive income where I can, so get involved to a small degree in affiliate marketing and contextual adverts via Google Adsense.
That just about sums me up - I am a Dad, enjoy working with computers, am a time-served shoe-repairer although haven't done that for about twenty years. Nowadays I am a production manager and enjoy making a little extra money online when I can - most of that income ends up buying me new toys from eBay with various degrees of success.
I will post in more detail about all the ways I have made a little money online in the past, as well as some ways that I know that others have made money too.

New Opportunity
PayU2Blog are starting a twitter retweet campaign - if you have a twitter account, you can sign up for this. I don't know what will be required and what the earnings will be, but have just signed up for it - You have to be in it to find out I guess!
Anyway, even if you don't have a twitter account, you can sign up for one just to take part... I would recommend keeping this account separate from your personal account unless you don't mind posting obvious ads in with your normal postings...
If you want to take part, then visit: http://www.payu2blog.com/opp/twit_opp.html
You can follow my tweets at http://www.twitter.com/Livewyre
Sponsored micro-blogging could be the way to continue posting online for an income without Google sticking its' nose in....at least for a while...

Types of Income
It's been a while since I updated this blog, but I am here for the long haul...
There are two basic types of online income from websites - I call these 'passive' and 'active'. Passive is when you lay the foundations once and wait for the revenue to drip-feed into your account. Active is when you respond to a specific request in order to create revenue.
Passive earnings are the ideal type of earnings as this enables you to earn whilst you are away from your computer (or even asleep).
Affiliates - Whilst contextual adverts are to a greater or lesser degree controlled by the advert generator (such as Adsense), affiliates are chosen by you as advertising that (ideally) fits in with the theme or content of your website. For instance a travel website or blog may run affiliate adverts for airport car-parking schemes.
In both of the above cases, you would normally be expecting to be paid when a visitor clicks on an advert, or more likely in the case of affiliates, when a purchase has completed as a result of a click on an advert. Also in most cases, revenue builds slowly over time and can only be collected when a payout threshold is reached.
'Pay to Blog' or paid advertisement schemes where you are requested by a third party to place specific text and or links on a website or blog in return for a fixed fee. This was very popular when I began blogging some years ago, but because of google penalties has become less popular now although it can still generate some income, and if done on a large enough scale could still provide regular income if you have the time to complete the posts.
Other schemes such as paid to read emails, paid surveys etc.. these I have looked at but do not regard as 'time well spent' in terms of revenue that can be generated compared to time spent completing tasks. Nevertheless if you were going to try full-time earning from online revenue streams, then you should have as many 'strings' to your revenue 'bow' as possible.
I will be fleshing out the details of some of the ways I earn money and ways that I know other people use to earn money, in future posts.

Passive Earnings Include:
Adsense Contextual adverts from Google - there are other contextual advert schemes around, but as ever, Google are at the forefront with their 'Adsense' operations. Adsense is the scheme that generates adverts for all types of websites, and you can take advantage of this revenue stream if you have a qualifying website. I will expand on Adsense in a later post.Affiliates - Whilst contextual adverts are to a greater or lesser degree controlled by the advert generator (such as Adsense), affiliates are chosen by you as advertising that (ideally) fits in with the theme or content of your website. Active Earnings Include:
Direct selling to the public - where you are offering a product or service directly to the public, usually coupled with online payment systems such as Paypal.'Pay to Blog' or paid advertisement schemes where you are requested by a third party to place specific text and or links on a website or blog in return for a fixed fee. Munny4Hunny
Munny4Hunny is my main income-generating blog where I host most of my paid posts, you can visit the blog here:
Munny4Hunny
You will note that there are many sponsored posts on this site, in fact probably about half the posts if not more, are 'adverts'.
I make small amounts of money in several ways from the internet - I don't have time to devote myself to it full time, but you can make a reasonable second income through 'mining' several seams of internet income. In this PAID TO BLOG site, I will discuss the various methods that I use and will specifically identify some of the websites that I use to make a bit of extra on-line cash. You may choose to follow my methods or plough a different furrow, it's best to identify what you are good at, and what suits you best - it's not the same for everyone...
My plan will be to discuss first of all the concept, advantages and possible pit-falls of making money on-line. I then plan to go on and examine each of the types of income generation tool that I use, and maybe some that I don't. In addition, I will offer some hints and tips for how to maximise the effectiveness of these tools. Finally I will provide specific links so that you too can begin to make money on-line.

What's it All About?
It's a while since I started a new blog, but I am not new to the blogging scene. I already have a few blogs on the go, so why start a new one?
I began blogging in 2006 on a blogspot blog like this one, in 2007 I began to look into making money from blogging and have continued to do so ever since.
The trouble is that it is no longer viable to blog about making money on a blog that carries paid or sponsored posts, the 'clients' don't like it, so in order to inform readers about what is happening in the paid-posting world, I have to write on a different blog (one that doesn't carry paid posts). I won't be updating this blog frequently, but it will at least give me an outlet for discussing the possibilities of making money using a blog such as this one.
